Introduction to Cinematography

 

     Cinematography plays a big part in the film industry. I’m very passionate about this theme because it’s very interesting how good cinematography can help indulge viewers in the film. I’ve always liked observing the little details in a film. The lighting, lenses, music choice, set props, and details in clothing. It’s astounding to see and understand all the choices made to make the film whole and why those choices are made. For example, in a horror film, good cinematography is extremely important to make the viewer feel tense and scared. My next post will be all about how that happens.
